Regular Exercises is the key to long life

It is very important for any individual for having regular exercises to remain fit. Not only for men, it is also important for women to remain physically fit and in perfect body shape. So if you want a perfet body shape you should regularly exerise.

There are many exercises that are good for some part of body whole there are many others which are good for other pars of body. You should do exercises that can exerise your whole body. One of the most important body exercise is cycling. In 1980’s when there were very lessĀ  motor vehicles, people used to walk or go on cycle through long distances. But today there are many motor vehicles which can take you to your destination in minutes. This is one of the most important reason why the average life of human being is decreasing om 70’s to 60’s.

In the ancient time, poeple use to twist and turn their body for regular exercies and they named those exercises as Yoga. But today there are very few people in the world who even knew about yoga and their exercises.

These are the main reason why the average life of human is decreasing day by day. So if you want to live long, you should exercise regularly.
